1. Digital Products
All items in this shop are digital (e.g. accounts, subscriptions, login data). After purchase, the information will be sent to you automatically.
2. No Refunds
Since these are digital goods, there are no returns or refunds once you've received the product.
Exception: If the login data is incorrect. In that case, we require a screen recording showing the purchase process and that the logins do not work.
3. Support for Issues
If something doesn't work, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will check your case and replace the product if you provide a video of your purchase.
4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the purchased product. Any misuse or unauthorized changes may result in loss of access.
Important
By purchasing, you fully accept these terms. Later complaints or claims that “rules were unclear” will not be accepted.
